Version 2.0 (Aug. 7, 2002)

New features

• System-wide hot key support: You can call main menu of Stealth Recorder at anytime by pressing a hot key you defined.
  
• Hide itself from Task List: No one can find the execution of Stealth Recorder if it executes in Stealth Mode. Stealth Recorder hides itself from task list (shown by pressing Ctrl-Alt-Delete).
  
• You can hide splash screen ("About Screen") at startup.
  
  Changes

• No empty space on tray bar in Stealth Mode : Now Stealth Recorder doesn't remain any empty space on tray bar in Stealth Mode.
  
• The executable file name has been changed from "stealthrecorder.exe" to "svcsr.exe"
  
• New XP look menu style.
  
• Some obsolete libraries have been replaced with latest ones.
  

Bug Fixes

• Some minor bugs have been fixed.

Version 1.53 (Nov. 28, 2001)

Changes

• Automatic file naming convention is changed: Now Stealth Recorder names its recorded file as "month day,year - hour minute second.mp3" format instead of "month day,year - hour minute.mp3" format. For example, the recorded file name in Stealth Recorder version 1.53 will be "Oct15,02-093015.mp3" instead of "Oct15,02-0930.mp3".

Bug Fixes

• When stop monitor in stealth mode, the icon of Stealth Recorder appears. Fixed.
• Occasionally email has no sound file attachment. Fixed.
   

Version 1.5 (Oct. 25, 2001)

New Features

• Voice Mail : You can record and send your voice message by e-mail. This new feature enables you to record your voice or any sounds with or without VAS (Voice Activation System) option, and to attach any files to normal text messages, such as Microsoft Outlook. Because you can record with real-time MP3 format, you can save time by transmitting messages considerably. 
• Play sound files of various formats directly in Stealth Recorder : You need not switch to other sound player program anymore to play recorded files. Now Stealth Recorder can play almost any sound files by itself! 
• More friendly user interface : The popup menu has pretty color icons.
   

Changes

• No more annoying internet based copy protection : If you're the registered user of Stealth Recorder, all you need to keep your license is your registered name and serial number only. However it doesn't mean Stealth Recorder is free. You have to purchase the license key code to keep using TOBEST Stealth Recorder after free 30 days trial period.
  
• The free trial period is extended for 30 days from 15 days.  
• Automatic file naming convention is changed: Now Stealth Recorder names its recorded file as "month day,year - hour minute.mp3" format instead of "year month day - hour minite.mp3" format. For example, the recorded file name in Stealth Recorder version 1.5 will be "Oct15,02-0930.mp3" instead of "021015-0930.mp3".

Bug Fixes

• In some formats of MP3 real-time recording (ex: 20KBit/s 12,000Hz), occasionally recorded file couldn't be opened. Fixed.
• When stealth mode was off while recording, previous version showed normal tray icon instead of "recording" icon. Fixed.
